Experiencing a Ball Delivery Delay?
This can happen occasionally, and it's usually because all the balls are temporarily stuck in the ball delivery system.
Don't worry, it's an easy fix! Here's what you can do:

Look through the ball collecting tunnel: Check if you can see any balls stuck in the tunnel leading to the centre of the tee-up mechanism.

If you see balls stuck: Gently push them towards the centre of the bay. This will clear the blockage and allow the system to resume delivering balls automatically. Watch the short video linked below for a visual guide.

Still no balls? If pushing the balls doesn't work, simply send us an email. We are more than happy to assist you and get the game back on track as quickly as possible.
Important Note: For safety reasons, please refrain from attempting to forcefully retrieve balls from the collector and the auto-tee-up system yourself.
