BOOKING WITH US

You need to create an account on our Skedda, if it's your first time using our online booking system.

Please provide your relevant information such as your name, email address, and any other required information. You will receive an email or on-screen confirmation of your appointment along with any additional information. Select the day you want to view in the top left corner. You can make bookings for the same day or up to three days in advance. We strongly advise reserving your slot at least one hour before your intended start time.

When you're ready, select your preferred starting time, complete the booking details, and make your payment. Please ensure that you choose the appropriate bay, as some of them are exclusively designed for right-handed players.

Arrive and Enter with a Digital Key

Keep an eye on your email inbox for a confirmation email from Kisi. This email will contain important details about your appointment, including a digital key issued by Kisi for you to access our facility.

* If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes of booking, please check your SPAM or JUNK folders, as sometimes your Kisi key code may end up there, especially if you are using an Outlook email account. If you still don't see it in your inbox, please send us an email.

Upon your arrival, you can access the email link provided and tap "unlock" on your phone to unlock the door. Please remember to bring your own clubs, as we do not offer club rentals at any of our locations.

Head to your selected bay, engage in a quick warm-up, and get ready to enhance your game! The lights and projector will kick into action at your designated start time, ensuring everything is set up for you. In case the projector enters sleep mode, simply utilize the remote control to turn it back on. You'll find a supply of balls conveniently available in your bay.

HOW TO ADD/DELETE PLAYER

Adding a Player

Select "Add Player": Navigate to the main menu. Click on "Add Player".
Choose Tee Box: Select the desired tee box for the player.
Choose Hand Position: Indicate whether the player is left-handed or right-handed.
Hit "OK": The player is now added. Begin your game and have fun!

Removing a Player

To change the sensor (Left or Right) in the simulator, follow these steps:

Long Drive: Navigate to the bottom left corner of the screen.
Click on "Practice Change."
Select the desired Hand Position (Left or Right).

To change the sensor (Left or Right) for "Game Play" in the simulator, follow these steps:

Navigate to the main screen and add player(s).
Click on "Left / Right" under "Position"
Select the desired hand position (Left or Right). Note that once you are in the game, you will not be able to change the sensor.

Trouble getting the sensor to register the golf ball?

Before starting your session, make sure to select your dexterity (left or right). Setting this up within the simulator program beforehand is important, as your ball will not be registered otherwise.

* If you want to hit the ball off a tee, please select "Driver." If you are hitting from the mat, you can choose other irons and hybrid clubs. Additionally, ensure there is only one ball on the hitting mat.
